Written information on returns and refunds
<p data-mce-fragment="1">Returns are accepted (<strong>only for rare cases of defective/broken goods</strong>) and no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. The items must be sent at the buyer's expense to an address to be agreed. In the rare event that the garment is faulty, all costs will be borne by CopDripStar. Any damage to the product, not dependent on manufacturing defects, is not part of the return or exchange policy, therefore a partial and/or null refund will be provided. In the event that CopdripStar deems that the product does not present any obvious defect, the customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. Any changes to the order (change of address/sizes or cancellation) must be communicated on the day of the order . We do not guarantee cancellation or change of address in the following days.. Furthermore, some items, being sample or reselling goods, may have small defects which in any case do not affect the quality of the product itself to prevent its use.. .</ p>
<p>The customer will be asked to send a photo of the garment received via email, highlighting its defect/non-conformity.</p>
<p>"I don't like it", "I don't like it", "color slightly different from the photo" and similar examples are not considered sufficient evidence for the refund request as they are purely subjective considerations.</p>
<p>For both returns and size changes,<span> </span><strong>the garment must be returned in a perfect state of conservation</strong>, which includes<span> < /span><strong>original packaging/case and label; they must not be washed, worn or damaged in any way, this also applies to the packaging and box, there must be no odors/perfumes</strong>. The items must be packaged adequately with the same packaging received or alternatively with similar and compliant packaging for their transport. Should at least one of the points listed above not be respected, CopdripStar Store reserves the right not to accept any return/exchange request.</p>

<p>The return costs and those for sending the new product are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer will have to pay the amount of 15 to CopDripStar via bank transfer to the credentials sent via email. Upon receipt of the bank transfer, CopDripStar will proceed with the collection of the package and the reshipment of the new product which will again follow the technical times indicated. To avoid additional costs for changing the number, CopDripStar provides 24/7 assistance for choosing the size via official channels Whatsapp, Instagram, Mail or live chat.</p>
